Social Media Management Agency India: First 90 Days

Many business owners hesitate to hire a social media management agency India businesses recommend, because they do not know what to expect. Will results come in a week? How involved do they need to be? Understanding the first 90 days removes this uncertainty and helps you judge whether your agency is on the right track.

Days 1 to 30 are about foundation. A good agency starts with an onboarding call to understand your business, customers, offers and competitors. It audits your existing pages, optimises profiles, sets up tracking tools like the Meta Pixel, and creates brand guidelines and a first content calendar. You should see your page looking more professional and consistent within the first few weeks.

Days 31 to 60 are about testing. The agency publishes different content types, such as reels, carousels and educational posts, to learn what your audience likes. If ads are part of the plan, it tests audiences, creatives and offers with controlled budgets. Expect early signs like better reach, more profile visits and the first quality enquiries.

Days 61 to 90 are about scaling what works. Using data from the first two months, the agency doubles down on top-performing content and ads, improves weak areas and refines targeting. By the end of 90 days, you should have a clear picture of cost per lead, engagement trends and a growth plan for the next quarter. Social media is a long-term asset, and results usually compound after this stage.
